Summary We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles (RVs). This role involves working on mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems to ensure RVs operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in RV maintenance, towing experience, and excellent customer service skills. Additionally, the technician will provide support to customers both in person and through remote or virtual consultations, advising on necessary repairs or maintenance, ensuring RVs operate according to manufacturer specifications, and maintaining detailed service documentation to support both in-shop and virtual interactions. Candidates must have a modern smartphone with an active internet connection to efficiently manage orders and assignments through the company app. Proficiency in navigating mobile applications, digital platforms, and app-based workflows is essential for seamless task execution and communication.
