Assistant Manager of Virtual Legal Support

Overview Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an opening for an Assistant Manager in its Virtual Legal Support (VLS) department. GRSM’s Virtual Legal Support Assistant Manager will join a growing national administrative leadership team staffed across time zones who are dedicated to providing essential support to the firm’s attorneys and staff in all 50 U.S. States. This full-time exempt position is fully remote working the hours of 3pm-midnight EST / 2pm-11pm CST / 1pm-10pm MST / 12pm-9pm PST. Mid-size to large law firm experience is preferred. This role is responsible for providing daily leadership and promoting the development of Virtual Legal Support (“VLS”). As an Assistant Manager, you will be available for your team during their shifts, which may include occasional weekend availability. The firm seeks a leader who is both hands on and willing to lead by example.
