POSITION SUMMARY The Client & Customer Experience (C&CE) organization is responsible for the servicing of Cigna customers across multiple lines of business. Within C&CE, the Learning & Knowledge Management arm of Operational Excellence supports the capabilities, tools, and information employees need to serve customers accurately and effectively. The Business Analytics Advisor works within an analytics team that supports Learning & Knowledge Management by delivering high-quality analytics, trusted data, and lightweight digital solutions. This is a hands-on role for a strong analyst who can also build practical data ingestion and transformation processes and develop fit-for-purpose web applications that replace manual tracking and fragmented workflows. In this role, the Business Analytics Advisor works from priorities and requirements established by the Product Owner, then translates those needs into reliable datasets, analyses, reporting solutions, and digital tools.
