Job Title: Intake Specialist Location: South Africa Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Salary: South African Rand (ZAR) We are looking for a compassionate, organised, and highly professional Intake Coordinator to join a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider serving families in the United States. As the first point of contact for parents seeking autism-related services for their children , you will play an important role in creating a positive and supportive experience for families from their very first interaction. Many families may be contacting the organisation during a stressful or vulnerable time. The successful candidate must therefore be patient, empathetic, emotionally mature, and confident communicating with parents in a professional and reassuring manner . Requirements Respond promptly and professionally to new enquiries from prospective families. Speak with parents who are seeking ABA services for their children.
