Program Manager I

Description We're looking for a strategic Program Manager to support Comparion's field partnership program (comparion advantage program)— a growing program that connects agents with key external partners to drive new business across the country. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end operation: supporting strategy, reviewing partner compensation, enforcing performance metrics, and enabling the field to maximize referral quality and production.
