The Sales Associate, Business Insurance Lines roleis responsible for directly assisting the New Business Sales team with all support functions that include but are not limited to the duties outlined below. How You Will Contribute: Assists producers with clerical/administrative work including post-event emails, application processing, information gathering, special projects, and any other tasks as needed. Represents the best interests of the producer to all clients, carrier reps, co-workers maintaining the positive relationship that the producer has built in all written/verbal communications. Maintains updates and other records in CRM and assists with application preparation and payment collection. Effective communication for acknowledging producer requests, providing updates when requests are being worked on or completed, communicating changes to meet customer expectations/deadlines.
