About the role Some of Teton 's most important relationships are with its capital partners, the REITs, private equity firms, and institutional owners who own the senior-housing assets our product runs in. They decide whether Teton scales from a handful of communities to entire portfolios. That channel is the difference between selling one community at a time and moving thousands of units in a single decision. We are hiring a Capital Partnerships Lead to own it end to end.
