Commercial Supply Chain and Procurement Manager

The Opportunity Ulteig is seeking a Commercial Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to join our Automation, Integration & System Protection (AISP) team. This is a newly created, leadership role responsible for building and leading a high-performing sourcing team that procures and delivers the SCADA and metering equipment powering our engineering product delivery. This role combines commercial ownership — including financial responsibility for the equipment portfolio — with hands-on team leadership and close partnership with engineering, proposal, and Enterprise Procurement Team. The Commercial Supply Chain & Procurement Manager sits within AISP department, giving equipment sourcing decisions a direct line to project delivery and technical requirements. What You'll Do Build, lead, and grow a high-performing equipment sourcing team dedicated to SCADA and metering procurement, including hiring, coaching, professional development, and resource planning as the team scales.
