岗位描述
What this Job Entails: The Level 2 Network Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational management of enterprise and data-centre network infrastructure. The role involves investigating and resolving network incidents and service requests escalated from Level 1 support, performing network changes, monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues, and working with Level 3 engineering teams and vendors on complex problems. The engineer will work across technologies such as switching, routing, firewalls, wireless networks, WAN/LAN connectivity, network monitoring, and data-centre infrastructure while following established operational procedures, security standards, and change-management processes. Scope: Provide operational support for enterprise and data-centre network infrastructure. Support LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, and network connectivity. Troubleshoot Layer 1, Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues. Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts, incidents and service requests.
