Wellness Specialist

The Health & Wellness Specialist is a highly mobile, expert clinical resource who supports Experience Senior Living communities through hands-on guidance, temporary leadership coverage, stabilization support, and best-practice execution. This role is 100% travel-based and is deployed to communities experiencing vacancies, transitions, performance gaps, regulatory risk, or heightened operational need within the Health & Wellness and Memory Care functions. The Specialist works side-by-side with community teams, providing clinical expertise, training, coaching, and direct operational support while reinforcing ESL standards, regulatory compliance, and resident care excellence. While this role does not hold permanent supervisory responsibility, it may temporarily perform essential functions of the Director of Health & Wellness during vacancies, onboarding periods, or short-term assignments.
