Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal . Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week . Paralegal Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with direct experience in both Florida estate planning and probate matters Strong understanding of Florida estate planning, probate administration, court procedures, and filing requirements Experience preparing and drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare surrogate designations, living wills, and other estate planning documents Experience preparing probate pleadings, petitions, inventories, accountings, and related court filings Ability to manage probate matters from initial filing through final distribution and closing of the estate Experience gathering and or…
