Our team is looking to hire an SDR primarily for Inbound & Outbound calling support to our Sales team. What You’ll Do Call customers who sign up, book meetings, and help them get started. Reach out to trial users and schedule onboarding sessions. Contact customers with failed payments and help them reconnect with our team. Make high-volume outbound calls to new prospects to build fresh business. Use phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS to reach potential clients. Keep accurate notes and updates in the CRM. Work closely with the Sales team to improve our approach and messaging. Always look for creative ways to find and connect with new leads.
