As an estimator you will be responsible for generating detailed material take-offs and calculating the labor, material, and time costs required to execute the project technical while simultaneously performing drawings and blueprints using CAD software as requested by the internal design construction and administration team. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Primary Material Take-Offs & Costing: Analyze project specifications to calculate exact material quantities, equipment needs, and labor hours required for a build. Tender & Bid Prep: Assist in compiling comprehensive cost estimates and proposals to bid on new contracts and tenders.
