Team Lead - AI

• Design and develop scalable AI-enabled backend systems and applications • Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) into business use cases • Build and maintain backend services and APIs for AI-driven features • Contribute to development of AI-powered applications (chatbots, automation tools, etc.) • Guide and support junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices • Work on improving performance, latency, and reliability of AI systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions • Troubleshoot and debug issues in production systems • Participate in sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of assigned modules • Work with basic MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and versioning (good to have) B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. 3–5 years of professional experience in software development, with strong focus on Python-based backend development Hands-on experience or exposure to AI/ML/NLP or Generative AI use cases Experience in building and deploying APIs, microservices, and scalable applications Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs or AI services into real-world applications Exposur…
