About the Role We're looking for a senior content leader to own the voice of two brands: Darkroom , our growth marketing agency, and Shadow , our AI commerce platform. Ad Age recently described us as "if Omnicom was rebuilt on AI." Your job is to turn a line like that into an argument the market repeats back to us. The split is roughly 80% Darkroom , 20% Shadow. We are making a category bet on the forward-deployed marketer , the operator who sits inside a business and builds with AI rather than briefing the work out. We intend to make that a term of art through Darkroom : the article, the LinkedIn engine, the video, the webinars, the press. You own that campaign end to end. You'll report to our VP of Marketing, who sets direction and makes the calls. You'll help shape the thinking behind it: how content maps to the funnel, which channels carry which offers, and what actually turns attention into pipeline. Then you build the content that proves it. Our marketing operations manager owns the calendar, the publishing, and the deployment.
