Role Title: Finnish Transcription Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Finnish Transcription Experts to contribute to an impactful customer project focused on language technology. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work: Transcribe Finnish audio recordings with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Annotate, segment, or label linguistic data according to project-specific guidelines. Review and validate transcriptions from other contributors, ensuring consistency and high standards. Identify and flag ambiguities, dialectal variations, or unclear audio for further analysis. Document transcription challenges and contribute suggestions for guideline improvements. Collaborate effectively via written and verbal communication to clarify requirements and resolve questions. Deliver completed assignments within the agreed-upon project timelines and milestones.
