Licensed Insurance Agent (Customer Service)

The Importance of this Role We are looking for a L icensed Insurance Agent, Retention on our customer service team focusing on existing customers to increase insurance policy sales and retention by offering advocacy for our clients, selling additional insurance products, and providing rewritten policies, when applicable. In this role, reporting to the Manager of Retention, you will be tasked with conducting renewal and new business reviews, processing endorsements, providing guidance to policyholders on claims-related items and selling additional insurance products to our existing Customers. This role requires an active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License.
