Business Development Manager

Superside is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who will fuel our next stage of growth. This is a chance to shape how we generate pipeline, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Marketing, Revenue Ops, and our Account Executive team, and putting your stamp on a fully remote team you'll coach to hit ambitious targets. We're looking for a seasoned people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is comfortable leading through ambiguity. You bring your own ideas to the table and have a proven record of executing on goals and initiatives, not just setting them. You care deeply about your team's success, lead by example, and know how to build a culture of high-performance and real growth, one where BDRs stay motivated, sharpen their skills, and do their best work no matter where in the world they're logging in from.
