Virtual Medical Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator Bilingual

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Medical Receptionist / Referral Coordinator to join our growing healthcare team. This is a fast-paced, patient-facing position requiring excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and previous experience supporting U.S. medical practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls, coordinating referrals, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, and ensuring patients receive timely follow-up throughout the scheduling process. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage high-volume inbound and outbound patient calls. Contact new referrals within 24–48 hours of receipt. Schedule new patient appointments while meeting scheduling goals. Confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments. Manage referral workflows and ensure timely patient outreach. Coordinate scheduling based on insurance requirements, including authorization timelines.
