Staff Software Engineer

About the Role IAA is seeking a Staff Engineer to provide technical leadership for our mobile app - the primary mobile touchpoint for buyers participating in vehicle auctions across North America. Our platform processes high volumes of live and timed auction transactions, and the mobile experience is central to how buyers search, bid, pay, and arrange delivery. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will guide architectural decisions, establish iOS engineering standards, and mentor a distributed team of iOS engineers across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations. You will work closely with our Principal Engineer, product managers, and backend .NET teams to ship features that directly impact revenue and buyer experience.
