Director of Sales Careers at Grace Hill Department Sales Reports To VP of Sales Location Remote (US) Employment Type Full-Time About The Role As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships. You will play a critical role in scaling our revenue and ensuring our solutions effectively meet the needs of our target market. Reporting to the VP Sales , you will lead the New Logo Sales Group responsible for driving new business and cross-sell to their New Logo Accounts. The team is also responsible for building long-term, strategic business relationships that will lead to increased revenue growth, revenue retention and increase client satisfaction over the client lifecycle.
