Role Title: Game Designer / Gameplay Developer (AI Video Annotation) Role Type: Contractor, Remote Location: North America, Latin America, Europe, UK, and Oceania micro1 is engaging Game Designers and Gameplay Developers for a project focused on reviewing and annotating video sessions of robotic arms completing real-world tasks. This is an AI training and data annotation project rather than a traditional game development assignment. Your experience breaking complex activity into actions, states, interactions, and outcomes is highly relevant to this work. You will use that same systems thinking to identify what is happening in each video, label key events consistently, and help produce high-quality data for next-generation AI systems. No prior experience in AI, robotics, or data annotation is required—clear visual reasoning and strong attention to detail are what matter most. Scope of Work Review video footage of robotic arms performing tasks, following detailed annotation and grading guidelines provided by the customer.
