Senior Manager, Total Rewards

The Senior Manager, Total Rewards is a key member of the Human Capital team responsible for executing Bridgeway's compensation and benefits strategy and providing leadership to the HR Operations function. While strategic direction is set by and in close partnership with the VP, Human Capital, the Senior Manager brings deep subject matter expertise that positions them to actively inform and influence that strategy. Day-to-day, this role is execution-focused — administering benefits programs, managing compensation planning and the merit cycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving HR operations delivery. The Senior Manager serves as the team's go-to expert on compensation and benefits and operates as a collaborative thought partner to the VP, Human Capital on workforce investment decisions. This position is remote with preference for East Coast candidates.
