Director of Business Systems & Automation

This is a remote position. We're looking for a leader who enjoys solving business problems through systems, technology, automation, and AI. This isn't an IT support role. It isn't about maintaining software. It's about designing how an organization works. If you've ever looked at a process and thought, "There's a better, faster, smarter way to do this," you'll probably enjoy this role. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to improve workflows, automate repetitive work, increase visibility across the business, and help build a more scalable organization.
