Advisory Services Intern What you will be doing: The Intern works collaboratively within a team of highly qualified Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems. This position will be primarily responsible for performing billable work for client engagements and internal opportunities. The role of the Intern is to actively participate within an engagement team to determine our client’s needs, analyze and interpret data, evaluate potential solutions, develop presentation materials, and assist in the implementation of recommended improvements. The Intern participates in all aspects of an engagement including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, planning and participating in interviews, conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into insights and recommendations, synthesizing information into cohesive presentations for various audiences and helping to implement change. The intern will work in a team environment and provide input and support to team deliverables and presentations during each phase of a project.
