Our client is an equipment finance company that deploys its own capital. This is a hands-on opportunity to build a book of business across robotics, defense technology, physical AI, automation, advanced manufacturing, and other essential markets. Transactions range from approximately $500,000 to $50 million and involve large-ticket equipment with durable collateral value. The Opportunity You will develop borrower and referral relationships, identify financing opportunities, and lead transactions from initial discussion through funding. You will work directly with leadership and credit on structures for customers that may not fit conventional bank underwriting, including non-investment-grade, unrated, growth-stage, turnaround, and sponsor-backed businesses.
