Submission Coordinator

This is a remote position. Day-To-Day: Review and confirm application information Review waterfall documents to determine the appropriate lender for deal submission and ensure accurate allocation based on lender criteria. Financial analysis of bank statements to ensure the financial health of the business meets necessary qualifications. Send submissions to the lender through the lender’s online portal. Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members for efficient processing.
