Seasonal Customer Experience Associate

We're passionate about customer experience here at Tecovas , and we're looking for Seasonal Customer Experience Associates to ensure our current and future customers have the best possible interaction with our brand and product. You will be on the forefront of our customer experience function and will have a role in shaping the strategy of a rapidly-growing brand. In order to provide our customers with the best holiday shopping experience, you will be required to be flexible with scheduling and available to work during the following: Extended holiday hours that may include early morning shifts, weekends, and evenings. Key holiday events, including: The week of Thanksgiving (including the Friday after Thanksgiving), The week of Christmas (including the day after Christmas), and The week between Christmas and New Year's (including New Year's Day) Mandatory training: Oct 12 - 16 & Oct 19 - 23, 9am - 1pm CT This is a temporary role with an expected start date of Oct 12 - Jan 16.
