Job Type: Full time Exempt/Non Exempt: Salary Job Description: Location Details: This position can work remotely from a home office for day-to-day operations. Position Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Position Summary: The role will play a vital role within Human Resources managing and investigating the most complex employee relations cases, developing, and implementing advanced ER strategies/processes and providing leadership within the ER Center of Excellence. There are three primary facets to this position, and individuals may be assigned to one or more of them: 1. Investigator 2. Team Lead-mentor team/approve work items such as disciplinary items 3.
