Role Overview Pay equity and transparency have moved from good practice to legal obligation, and our clients need a partner who can both analyse their pay gaps and rebuild the processes that correct them. You will cover both sides: PayAnalytics by beqom for pay equity analysis and remediation, and beqom PaySuite for the pay transparency capabilities above it. You will be the consultant our French-speaking clients rely on. The work is demanding — several concurrent projects, and defensible views on sensitive pay findings for senior audiences. What you'll be doing Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of French and international clients.
