Global Crypto-as-a-Service Partnership- Senior Specialist/Lead

Responsibilities End-to-end own the partnership pipeline from sourcing, identification, qualification, pitching, commercial structuring, negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring strong execution across the full partnership lifecycle. Identify, prioritize, and engage high-value partners across key markets and strategic verticals, and lead tailored partnership pitches aligned with business objectives. Lead commercial negotiations and drive partnership execution, including onboarding, launch planning, technical integration coordination, and post-signing implementation. Work closely with the Product and Operations team to ensure necessary product features, capabilities, or integration requirements are built and delivered to enable signed partnerships and commercial success. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers at strategic partner organizations to drive long-term collaboration and business growth.
