About the Role Our Negotiations Escalations Specialists play a key role in the success of our clients becoming free of debt. Working on behalf of clients, you will coordinate efforts to help negotiate delinquent accounts placed with Law Firms for the best possible savings. This role requires the judgment to interpret legal correspondence — summonses, complaints, and settlement demands — and translate it into an informed negotiation strategy, all while operating within a strict regulatory and compliance framework.
