Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor Workplace: Remote Schedule: Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST Reports to: Head of Growth Industry: Beauty / E-commerce We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on Email & SMS Manager to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of our retention marketing program. This person will be responsible for building and managing our email and SMS calendar, developing flow and campaign strategies, working closely with our Email Designer, QAing campaigns before launch, analyzing performance, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve retention and revenue. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and should be comfortable operating independently, keeping projects organized, and bringing forward issues and opportunities rather than waiting to be asked. What you'll do Email & SMS Strategy & Execution Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar. Build and optimize key lifecycle flows, including Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback, and other retention flows.
