Food & Beverage Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Food & Beverage Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst to support and maintain critical F&B reporting, analytics, and data automation processes across multiple properties. This role is responsible for producing recurring operational and financial reports, maintaining ingredient and menu benchmarking databases, supporting Power BI dashboards, and improving data workflows through automation. ENTERPRISE LEVEL FOOD & BEVERAGE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Candidates must have direct experience supporting multi-unit, multi-property, or enterprise-scale F&B operations, including reporting, analytics, menu engineering, inventory management, cost controls, or business intelligence functions. Experience limited to a single restaurant or small independent operation is unlikely to meet the requirements of this role.
