Job Overview: Owns Peak’s member-growth strategy and its execution across the full member lifecycle: awareness, acquisition, activation, onboarding, retention, and referral. Sets the growth roadmap across digital and offline channels, leads the growth marketing team, and partners with the SVP of Marketing & Internal Communications, Product team, and IT to build funnels, launch products, and grow membership and share of wallet. This is a measurement-driven role where success is defined by movement on a small set of growth metrics, not activity.
