Our client is currently seeking a highly organized and service-oriented professional for one of our clients in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, keeps a clear overview even when plans change unexpectedly, and serves as the essential link between customers and technicians. This position plays a direct role in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Please note: Professional German proficiency (minimum B1 CEFR) is required, as the role involves daily communication with German-speaking customers and colleagues. Position Overview Our client is looking for an individual who will act as the operational control center of their IT service department.
