Outbound Engagement Specialist

This is a remote position. We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Outbound Engagement Specialist to help members get the most value from the platform. This is not a sales role . The focus is on contacting members, helping them stay active, following up on their deals, answering questions, and making sure they have the support they need to use the platform successfully. You will spend most of your day communicating directly with members through phone, email, and in-app messaging. You will also record member feedback and insights to help improve the overall member experience. Key Responsibilities Make proactive outbound calls to members who have not logged in recently and help them get active again. Contact newly registered members who have not yet started using the platform. Follow up with members who have active deals and check their progress. Proactively ask members if they need help or support. Respond to customer support questions and resolve issues where possible.
