This role involves working closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams, and you'll be a visible, credible voice in every client conversation you join. Key Responsibilities: Become the product expert. Develop deep, hands-on mastery of the full platform, including its configuration options, workflows, integrations and limits. Be the go-to resource for internal teams and clients. Understand client pain points thoroughly. Learn the operational realities of sponsors, CROs and sites: enrollment delays, site burden, screen failure rates, data visibility, and regulatory and IRB constraints.
