Nursing Executive Dean, Academics - BSN Online

The Executive Dean of Academics is the primary academic leader for the BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) Online program and is responsible for its development, execution, outcomes, and continuous improvement. The responsibilities include but are not limited to curriculum and course delivery, program quality, program delivery, faculty experience, indirect supervision of faculty via faculty leaders, assistant deans, and associate deans; practicum/clinical/clerkship/field experience oversight, regulatory and accreditation compliance, and the management of student learning experiences. The Executive Dean ensures superior academic support for online BSN students and drives achievement of targeted student retention goals, certification pass rates (if applicable), and graduation pass rates. Additionally, this role develops and streamlines processes, procedures, initiatives, communication, and training to continually strengthen and enhance the BSN Online program.
