Our Legal Team is looking for a Commercial & IP Lead — a lawyer who gets genuinely irritated when a contract takes a week to get signed. Most lawyers read contracts. You will redesign how contracts happen. Our ambition is simple to say and hard to do: a typical agreement signed within about an hour, with the overwhelming majority of the flow running automatically — templates, playbooks, CLM, e-signature, AI — and lawyers touching only the deals that truly deserve a lawyer. You'll lead the Commercial & IP pillar of the legal department, own the contract lifecycle end-to-end across dozens of business teams, and turn "waiting for legal" from an office meme into ancient history.
