About the role Ethos is hiring a Director, Marketing Process & Technology to join our Compliance department as a senior leader. This person will own marketing compliance review at Ethos end to end: the process, the technology, and the majority of the reviews themselves. You will be both a hands-on senior reviewer and the owner of the system that performs the review, and you will be charged with a clear mandate: move marketing review toward automation through AI as far as it can defensibly go, without loosening the standard.
