About the Role We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will act as both a trusted adviser and hands-on HR professional. This hybrid role combines leadership in recruitment with HR generalist responsibilities, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting employees through the full HR lifecycle. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders from the Revenue and Marketing teams to design effective recruitment strategies, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to broader HR initiatives such as on-boarding, performance, engagement, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Functions Partner with managers and leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles: job advertising, sourcing, screening interviews, interviewing, candidate assessment, reference checking, offers, and on-boarding.
