About the role The Resident Growth Associate is a key player in Belong ’s mission to provide an exceptional experience for prospective residents, ensuring their journey to finding their dream home is seamless and delightful. This customer-facing role is responsible for managing initial interactions with potential residents, growing our pipeline of leads, and guiding them through the early stages of their experience with Belong .
