Senior IBM Middleware Administrator / Engineer About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced IBM Middleware Administrator/Engineer to manage, support, and optimize enterprise middleware platforms. The role requires expertise in IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), WebSphere Portal/HCL DX, IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), IBM HTTP Server (IHS), IBM IAM/Tivoli, Jenkins, and Linux environments. Responsibilities Administer and support IBM WAS, Portal, BAW, IHS, and IAM platforms. Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, security hardening, and performance tuning. Manage application deployments, middleware releases, clustering, high availability, and production support. Configure SSL/TLS, LDAP/Active Directory integration, SSO, and access controls. Develop and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts (Jython, Shell, Python, PowerShell). Troubleshoot middleware, application, security, and performance issues across enterprise environments.
