Engagement: 1099 contract, commission-only. Comp: $0 base + 10-20% of first-year contract value on sourced revenue + 3-5% recurring on renewed Y2+. Location: Fully remote, USA. We grow through channels - chambers, industry associations, prime contractor partnerships, professional networks. We need Business Development operators who can open doors at scale and earn outsized commissions on what they bring in. Who we want Business development leaders with services industry network. 10+ years experience. Former chamber executive, association leader, industry consultant, or B2B services BD director. You have an existing network you can monetize and the patience to build a long-cycle channel partnership pipeline.
