ROLE OVERVIEW To design, develop, and deliver learning programs in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) while supporting change adoption in a fast-paced project environment. Initially, the role will focus on generalist responsibilitieslight-touch facilitation, basic change support, and LMS managementwith the expectation to evolve into a versatile L&D professional capable of handling advanced instructional design, digital learning, and structured change management. Key Responsibilities 1. Learning Design & Development Conduct basic training needs analysis aligned with project and business priorities. Collaborate with SMEs to co-create learning content (classroom, virtual, and e-learning).
