Engagement: 1099 hourly. Rate range: $75-250/hr. Location: Remote with SC state focus. Reports to: HR Advisory Division Lead. About TWF Workforce strategy and staffing firm. Year 2. HR Advisory practice serves behavioral health, mental health, and human services providers across the Southeast - CMHCs, FQHCs, IDD agencies, MSOs, state BH authorities. Building the clinical advisor bench that gives our engagements clinical depth. Who we want Licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LCMHC, LCMHCS, PsyD, PhD Clinical Psych, MD-Psychiatry, APRN-PMH) with clinical leadership at CMHCs, FQHCs, IDD agencies, hospital BH service lines, or MSOs. Tiers Tier A: $0 retained. $75-125/hr. 5-10% referral fee. Tier B (named expert): $0 retained.
