Manager, Corporate Tax -Japanese Bilingual (Remote OK)

**Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced Manager in Corporate Tax to join our growing tax advisory practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality tax services to a diverse client base in a collaborative, client-focused environment. You will manage tax engagements, lead junior and senior staff, and leverage our alliance partnership for complex matters. **Key Responsibilities** Manage corporate tax engagements from planning through execution, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Supervise and mentor junior and senior tax professionals; provide technical guidance and professional development. Develop tax strategies and recommendations for mid-market clients across various industries. Conduct tax research, analysis, and compliance work; prepare tax returns and advisory documents. Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and tailor tax solutions accordingly. Coordinate with alliance partners on complex or specialized tax matters requiring external expertise.
