People Manager Digital Transformation Leader Location: Bangkok, Thailand Reports to: Chief People Officer (CPO) Job Summary: An experienced and energetic People Manager is sought to lead the full spectrum of human resources functions while spearheading the organizations digital transformation journey. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who is deeply aligned with core values, passionate about developing people, and skilled at building modern, multi-generational teams. Key responsibilities include HR strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
