Manager I, Association Business Development

Job Summary: Support strategies to maintain and/or expand sales and promote Estes transportation services for Association’s Members Responsible for qualifying members of associations and assigning competitive pricing programs while keeping them profitable Collaborating with Associations on adding new members and removing non-members Responsible for making daily inbound and outbound dials to maintain and grow member participation Joining and participating in quarterly reviews with associations Joining teams meeting as required Occasional travel will be required Collaborate with customer support to resolve customer issues/problems, researches and makes recommendations for potential service enhancements or modifications to increase sales or maintain account Regular attendance is required.
